Animated Stickers I've Art Directed and Project Managed

For the following sets of animated stickers, my role as one of Canva's first motion designer hires was to research for trends and gaps in Canva's media library. After doing research, I then write creative briefs that will be handed out to our talented roster of freelance motion designers, along with in-house production (which was only myself at the time). I ensure each piece of sticker is up to standards and delivered on time.

I was asked by Canva to handle 5-8 motion design freelancers to add new and trending content to their animated sticker library.

In order to hit targets while maintaining a realistic timeline, I have developed a tight two-week timeline that includes brief creation, illustration, and animation - together with four iterative rounds of feedback.
